All Fleet Solutions Return Policy

 

CLAIMS:

Claims for damage or loss in transit must be filed by the dealer against the carrier. Claims for shortages must be filed with All Fleet Solutions (“AFS”) within 5 days of receipt of shipment and must include the weight as received for each package in the shipment. Approved merchandise returned for credit will be subject to a re-stocking fee.

 

RETURNS:

Merchandise returned under warranty shall be subject to factory inspection and repaired, replaced, or credited at the sole discretion of AFS. A warranty return authorization is required in advance to ensure proper routing of products. All authorized returns must be accompanied by an AFS ‘Return Materials Authorization’ (RMA) Form. Special Order and “SO” designated SO Components may not be canceled after the order is placed. Products configured from the Adaptable Design line are constructed to the purchaser’s specifications therefore, all Adaptable Design line returns will be evaluated on a case by case basis. Merchandise approved for return by All Fleet Solutions will be subject to restocking fees which will exceed 35% percent of the purchase price.

 

All Fleet Solutions reserves the right to discontinue, revise, or alter specifications of our products at any time and/or adjust the list price at our sole discretion.

 

CUSTOMER SATISFACTION LIMITED WARRANTY

What the Warranty Covers:

All Fleet Solutions (“AFS”) warrants its products to be free of defects in workmanship and materials for a period of 3 years, except as stated below, from the date on which they were originally purchased (excluding components and options which carry their own manufacturer’s warranty, wherein that warranty will apply). If an All Fleet Solutions product fails to perform as designed within the applicable warranty period, AFS will repair or replace, at AFS’s option, the defective product free of charge when determined by AFS that the product failed due to defects in material or workmanship. This warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the AFS product that has been installed by an AFS dealer, distributor, or another certified professional installer. The Warranty does not cover labor charges to diagnose, install, or remove the product, nor does it cover expenses arising from transportation, shipping, or vehicle down time.

 

In no event shall this warranty exceed the original purchase price of the All Fleet Solutions product nor shall All Fleet Solutions be responsible for special, incidental, or consequential damages or cost incurred due to the failure of this product. The Warranty is subject to the additional terms, conditions, and limitations set forth below. Warranty replacement shall not extend the original warranty period of the defective AFS products. Costs incurred for transporting the vehicle or parts to and from the dealer or professional installer are the responsibility of the owner. Removal of the AFS Tracking Number Label from the product will void the warranty.

ALL PROFESSIONAL INSTALLER WARRANTY CLAIMS MUST BE SUBMITTED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE FOLLOWING PROCEDURE:

 

The customer must return any allegedly defective AFS part to the dealer or distributor from whom it was purchased for analysis. Before removing the part from the vehicle, the dealer or distributor should contact AFS for technical support to diagnose the potential warranty component. The part shall be tagged with the AFS part number, date of purchase, and the alleged cause of failure. The distributor will contact AFS for a ‘Return Material Authorization’ (RMA).  Once the RMA number is received the distributor will then forward the part per the RMA instructions. If the part is determined to be under the Warranty, AFS will repair or replace the part. The distributor will reimburse or provide like component(s) to the customer. AFS will not issue credit for any parts that are not returned to AFS. Parts not manufactured or distributed by AFS will be held for disposition for 30 days. Please call 844-423-7200 to discuss any such claim. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the owner. To process all claims quickly and efficiently the following must be shipped per the RMA instructions via a traceable method (i.e. UPS, Federal Express, Registered U.S. Mail, etc.):

Provide to All Fleet Solutions:

The allegedly defective part and any related damaged parts and a written estimate detailing the following information:

A complete list, including part numbers of all AFS parts required for the warranty repair.

The year, model, and serial number of the warrantied vehicle and the tracking number on the AFS product.

The name and address of the distributor from whom the parts were purchased.

The name, address, and phone number of the customer.

The original dated work order or receipt detailing the initial installation of the allegedly defective part.

Claims alleging lost shipments will require Proof of Delivery.

Failure to provide required documentation and information may void all or part of the warranty coverage.

 

Note: Warranty Claims on obsolete parts or components: If the original component is no longer available, AFS reserves the right to replace it with a like component or the market value of the AFS Product.

Limitations:

The express warranty set forth above is in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

 

What the Warranty Does Not Cover:

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the product, or the original end-user and is non-transferable. Under no circumstances shall All Fleet Solutions be liable for any labor charged or travel time incurred in diagnosis for defects, removal, or reinstallation of this product, loss of profits, revenues, savings, inconvenience, associated costs, the expense for equipment or service, use of capital, facilities, services, storage charges, damage to property, or any other special, incidental or consequential damages caused by the use or misuse of, or inability to use, the AFS product, regardless of the legal theory on which the claim is based, even if All Fleet Solutions has been advised of such damages. Without limiting the foregoing, the purchaser assumes all risk and liability for loss, damage, or injury to persons, animals, or property arising out of the use or misuse of, or inability to use, the AFS product. All Fleet Solutions is not liable for third party claims. In no event shall recovery of any kind against All Fleet Solutions be greater in amount than the purchase price of the AFS product sold by All Fleet Solutions and causing the alleged damage.

 

All Fleet Solutions does not warrant against, and the Warranty shall be void with respect to, damages or defects arising out of any of the following:

• Improper or abnormal use or handling of AFS’s products.
• Installation or use of an AFS product in a manner that is inconsistent with AFS’s application information.
• Defects in products or components not manufactured by AFS.
• Labor or materials not furnished by AFS.
• Outcome or effect of physical or electrical properties of electricity, improper grounding, ignition power, or battery power that exceeds rated circuit loads.
• Products transferred from a vehicle on which they were originally installed.
• Products that have been altered or upon which repairs have been affected or attempted by persons other than pursuant to written authorization by AFS.
• Products containing unsealed connectors.

 

The sole and exclusive obligation of AFS shall be to repair or replace the defective products in the manner set forth above. AFS shall not have any other obligation with respect to the products or any part thereof, whether based on contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise. Under no circumstances, whether based on this Warranty or otherwise, shall AFS be liable for any special, punitive, or consequential damages. AFS’s employees or representatives’ oral or written statements do not constitute warranties, shall not be relied upon by customers, and are not a part of the warranty stated herein. If any part of this Limited Warranty is determined to be void or illegal, the remainder shall remain in full force and effect.
