What the Warranty Covers:

MNSTAR Technologies Inc. This warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the MNSTAR product that has been installed by a MNSTAR dealer, distributor, or another certified professional installer.

In no event shall this warranty exceed the original purchase price of the MNSTAR product nor shall MNSTAR be responsible for special, incidental, or consequential damages or cost incurred due to the failure of this product. The Warranty is subject to the additional terms, conditions, and limitations set forth below. Warranty replacement shall not extend the original warranty period of the defective MNSTAR products. Costs incurred for transporting the vehicle or parts to and from the dealer or professional installer are the responsibility of the owner. Removal of the MNSTAR Tracking Number Label from a MNSTAR product will void the warranty.

If the part is determined to be under the Warranty, MNSTAR will repair or replace the part. The distributor will reimburse or provide like component to the customer. MNSTAR will not issue credit for any parts that are not returned to MNSTAR. Parts not manufactured or distributed by MNSTAR will be held for disposition for 30 days. Please call 844-423-7200 to discuss any such claim. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the owner.
